You just need a TV/monitor with an HDMI port and Wi-Fi/Ethernet network connected with vSeeBox. We recommend an over 45 Mbps network with Ethernet for smooth streaming.
Not compulsory to have VPN to use vSeeBox. If you use 3rd party apps often / need to change the location for a service area with apps like Netflix, we recommend having one.
Yes absolutely. vSeeBox is highly compatible with the Google Android TV system. We recommend downloading all official apps from Google Play Store to ensure they work properly.
For some 3rd party apps out of the Google Play Store, you can visit the Market on Home Page. We have added some common 3rd party apps in the Market for easy downloading and installation.

Follow the setup instructions included with your device. Make sure all cables are properly connected and your Wi-Fi network is configured before starting.
Yes! You can use voice control on the remote:
1. Once the app is open, press the multi-colored button below the Home button.
2. When the screen prompts you to “speak,” ask for your desired show, movie, or live event.
  • Open the Heat Live App.
  • Ask for the city you want local stations from for example, say “Milwaukee stations.”
  • Click OK on one of the stations and save it to favorites.
  • You can also page up or down to find the next local station and save those as well.

When watching a show in the Heat Live channel that you want to save:

  • Click OK, and a menu will appear.
  • The cursor will highlight the channel you’re watching.

  • Hold OK until a small heart icon appears in the cursor box (about 1–2 seconds).
  • Release OK to confirm. The channel will now be saved to your favorites.

In the Heat VOD or VOD Ultra apps, it’s better to use the History feature instead. If you’ve opened a series or movie, it will automatically appear in your History list, making it easy to find and resume later.
